Rutilated Smokey Quartz Faceted Freeform Gemstone

Quartz is the most abundant mineral on earth, and has the most variations of any mineral. This stone is essential for any collection. Smokey (or smoky) quartz is a great variation as is very diverse, like its mother, crystal quartz.

Rutile is a different crystal that is able to grow inside another. Rutile is mostly found in Brazil or Madagascar, and comes in varieties of green, brow/ gold, red, and blackish colors.

A free-form chunk of smoky quartz is perfectly polished then faceted to show spectacular light throughout the piece. All have minimal cracks and inclusions, and have a perfectly polished surface. All have rutile present. This listing is for one crystal gemstone.

Care: To cleanse, let the point sit in a warm salt water bath. To charge it, let it dry in direct sunlight. Do not place it in a window as it can start a fire.
