    Analysis:
All aspects considered this is generally a positive lunation. This New Moon in Pisces may have a few of you doing a double-take, or experiencing Deja Vu. The Sun and the Moon make their monthly conjunction offering us an opportunity to start fresh. In the mutable water sign of Pisces, there is more going on than what meets the eye. Pisces is the twelfth sign of the Zodiac and rules over most everything mystical. Currently, we are just in the beginning phase of a Mercury retrograde in Pisces. Some things may feel a bit up in the air, almost as if you’re waiting for the chips to fall. The beauty of this New Moon is the powerful, intuitive energy it provides. For those who are looking for cosmic messages from the universe about which way to go, pay close attention. This is the kind of New Moon to be incredibly open. New pathways are about to be presented. The answers that you seek may come from the most unexpected of places.

Both Uranus in Taurus and Mars in Capricorn are making positive aspects to one another that will be providing strange and unexpected events. For some, this may turn out to be an option you never imagined possible; for others, it’s a new innovative way to go in life. Regardless, when these two earth sign transits are in synch with one another, they provide physical or financial changes. Those of you open to excitement, and new opportunities will do well. Both the Sun and the Moon also make positive aspects to Mars and Uranus, suggesting a period of meditation, rest, or reflection are necessary to be able to see these helping hands from the cosmos. Mars in Capricorn is working overtime, pushing to get something done. Mars makes an uncomfortable square to Chiron in Aries, reminding us to slow down. Process any trauma, and take the time to self-heal rather than just pushing through. Physical or emotional burnout is possible if you’re not paying attention.

Mercury forms trines and sextile to the Nodes of Fate, suggesting there’s an essential piece of information that is available if you can catch it, and it’s meant to give you a sneak preview of what direction you’re actually heading in. Being that Mercury is retrograde, this “situation” or event may likely come up several more times into March (Feb 28th, March 21-23rd, 2020). This may be something involving a dream, a fear, or even a gut intuition. Fear, escapist tendencies, and disillusionment can all take place when we are not allowing the universe to take the wheel. Messages can easily be misinterpreted or distorted. Not everything you hear is REAL. When you drown out all the static, you’ll find peace. Some things need to be uncovered, and this takes place when we are still and open to receive. Mercury in Pisces is much more about feelings rather than physical communication. It can be an excellent time to get to the bottom of something involving the subconscious. Meditation, dream interpretation and psychic readings can all be extremely potent around the time of this New Moon. Diving deep into metaphysical topics can be powerful tools at this time. The aspects between planets in Capricorn and Pisces assist us in utilizing these techniques to create change in the waking life.

I’ve heard quite a few astrologers speak on the astrology aspects between Saturn, Pluto, and Jupiter in Capricorn to Neptune in Pisces. A phrase that really stuck with me was that “Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn are laying the tracks for Neptune’s imagination train.” It’s truly a short time astrologically where if you can dream it, you can do it. Some things coming up now may seem like big challenges, and it can quickly become overwhelming when you look at the big picture. Pisces is a sign that reminds us that what is meant to be will be, and will come into fruition in its own divine time. My advice to you is to take it easy, slow down. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Take the next two weeks to analyze how you’re reacting to situations. Are you embracing change or running away? Avoid spiraling, and shutting yourself off from the world. Dream, become inspired, create. Focus on how things make you feel, do these dreams invoke excitement? Lean into what feels right. You’ll be surprised how letting go allows all the right pieces to fall together.

    Ritualistic Inspirations

    • Herbs: Moss, Morning glory, California poppy, Ginger, Chicory
    • Incense: Lavender
    • Symbols: The fish, the feet
    • Crystals: Amethyst, Aquamarine, Sapphire, Larimar
    • Color: Aquamarine or Sea-foam green
New Moon in Pisces Psychic Bath Soak:
    You will need:
    • Fresh aloe (gel or liquid)
    • Sliced fresh lemon
    • Sliced fresh ginger
    • Ylang Ylang oil
    • Hand-full of sea salt
    • Steeped Rue and lavender herb
    • Coconut water
    • A dash of Florida water (or white rum, or white vinegar)
    • A bathtub
    • A white candle
    • Sage

    Directions:
    1. Steep dried rue and lavender in hot water. Separate the herbs from the liquid. Set the liquid aside.
    2. Draw a hot bath, adding in the fresh ginger and lemon slices. Then add in your coconut water, steeped herbal liquid, and Florida water. Finally, add the aloe, salt, and a few drops of your essential oils.
    3. Burn a plain white candle to purify the space, and clear your energy. This is important for a New Moon as it helps you create a “clean slate” and cleanses your space.
    4. Burn any ritual incense you wish, and play soothing music. You are more than welcome to include any other crystals or metaphysical goodies into your bath time routine. Be sure to pray and protect your space before your bath. You may cast a circle, or utilize any ritual you wish for sacred space.
    5. When you’re ready, step into the bath. Set your intentions verbally out-loud. Lay in the bath comfortably and close your eyes. Take note of any emotions or visions that you have. You can document this after your bath is complete. Stay as long as you would like. Once you’ve finished, drain the tub before getting out. Once the tub is empty, you may get out and dry off naturally. (With a robe, or nothing at all! Ideally, the water dries on the skin).
    6. Close sacred space and burn sage
    7. Try to sleep all in white if you can. This helps keep your energy pure after the ritual bath and promotes healing in your sleep. Bring any dream or intuitive oriented crystals with you to bed for vivid dreams.

This rare cosmic alignment offers a profound opportunity for introspection, reassessment, and personal growth. When these two influential planets appear to move backward in the sky, their retrograde energies prompt us to slow down and reevaluate critical aspects of our lives.
